CHINESE celebrity couple Huang Xiaoming and Angelababy revealed that they registered their marriage Wednesday.

    Huang, 37, announced the marriage on Sina Weibo by sharing a photo of the couple’s marriage certificates’ covers. According to HK Channel, they registered their marriage in Huang’s hometown in Qingdao, Shandong Province. He and Angelababy, 26, are planning a wedding in her native Shanghai in October, according to Apple Daily.

    Although the couple are also active in Hong Kong, they will just give a one-off reception for an estimated 3,000 guests at the Shanghai Exhibition Center, said the newspaper. The couple dated for six years, but only went public with their relationship in the past year.

    Born and raised in Shanghai, Angelababy moved to Hong Kong in her teens and has acted in movies such as “Young Detective Dee: Rise of the Dragon Sea” (2013). She also made a splash on television in the Chinese adaptation of the South Korean variety show “Running Man.”
