KIM KARDASHIAN is pregnant again. The reality star is expecting baby No. 2 with husband Kanye West, she announced in the May 31 midseason finale of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

    Before the episode aired, Kardashian teased some “exciting news” coming on Twitter.

    The mom of North West, 23 months, has been vocal about her struggle to conceive a second child. She even allowed KUWTK cameras to document her visits with a fertility doctor throughout season 10 of the E! reality hit. As Us Weekly exclusively reported earlier last week, Kardashian has been exploring pregnancy alternatives after a year of trying to conceive another child naturally. “Kim has been undergoing IVF,” an insider told Us, and added that they would consider “surrogacy over adoption.”(SD-Agencies)
