David Beckham lands role in NEW Guy Ritchie film
     2015-June-16  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

RETIRED British soccer player David Beckham has reportedly landed a role in Guy Ritchie’s new film “Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur.”

The film database website imdb.com lists Beckham as playing “Blackleg leader.”

Shooting for “Knights of the Roundtable,” which stars Charlie Hunnam, Jude Law, Eric Bana and Poppy Delevingne, began last week.

The 40-year-old Beckham, who is close friends with Ritchie, also has a cameo in the director’s new film “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.”

Richie’s theatrical take on the 1960s’ TV show is set to hit theaters in August.

“Knights of the Round Table” is scheduled for release next summer.
