     2015-July-6  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

    Meaning:

Translated as “This is who I am talking about,” the sentence originated from Japanese manga. The complete sentence is “Uncle police, this is who I am talking about,” referring to someone who has done a very bad thing. However, this is often said as a joke, and the speaker has no ill intentions against the blamed one.

    Example:

Who ate the ice cream I stored in the fridge?

So you bought it. I thought I bought it myself.

Tōuchī biérén de dōngxī, jìushì zhègè rén!

I’ve caught someone who steals other people’s food, and that is you!

Wǒ míngtiān gěi nǐ mǎi hé hāgēndásī。

I will buy you Haagen Daz tomorrow.

    Shuōhuà suànhuà a。

I expect you to keep your promise.
