Fantasy film 'Monster Hunt' premieres in Beijing

    CHINESE fantasy movie “Monster Hunt” was premiered in Beijing on Monday.

    Directed by Xu Chengyi, it tells the story of a young man who meets a little monster by chance. He goes through all kinds of difficulties to protect the little monster from other evils’ hands. The movie stars actor Jing Boran and actress Bai Baihe. Jing’s role was originally played by actor Kai Ko.

    But the latter was blacklisted due to a drug conviction and most of the movie was remade. The movie is set to hit theaters July 16.(SD-Agencies)
