People tie up fishing boats in Huangqi Township, Lianjiang County in Fujian Province, yesterday as Typhoon Linfa approached. Linfa was expected to hit the coast of Zhangpu in Fujian and Shanwei in Guangdong Province between late last night and early this morning.
