    Baby girl

BOBBY BROWN and wife Alicia Etheredge welcomed a baby girl Saturday, People reported.

The couple, who were married in 2012, are also parents to 5-year-old Cassius. This marks the sixth child for the “My Prerogative” singer. The news of the new arrival is bittersweet as Brown’s 22-year-old daughter with the late Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina Brown, has been in hospice care since mid-June. She was found unconscious in her bathtub in Roswell, Georgia, on Jan. 31.

    ‘Batman’

DIRECTOR-ACTOR Ben Affleck is rumored to be co-writing and starring in a standalone Batman movie. Variety reports that Affleck is currently in negotiations to write a Batman movie with Geoff Johns.

He is already set to play the Caped Crusader in the upcoming “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” movie. The “Gone Girl” actor is now directing “Live by Night” and expected to appear in Warner Brothers’ “The Account” in January.

    Back to charts

WITH “Amy,” the documentary examining into her life and untimely death, having scored the biggest-ever opening for a British doc at the U.K. box office last week, Amy Winehouse has stormed back onto the British music charts. “Back to Black,” the late singer’s seminal, Grammy-winning second album, first was released in 2006 and already had more than 20 million sales to its name. Now, almost four years after her death, it’s landed back in the top 40 — in the 22nd spot — according to the U.K. Official Charts Company.
