A bird-shaped hot air balloon rises in the air in Hotton, Belgium, on Saturday. The animation character was created by a TV show from France, Belgium and Switzerland. The festival was held over the weekend in border areas of France, Luxemburg and Germany, with participation of more than 40 hot air balloons from five countries. Xinhua
