Skydiver solves Rubik’s cube in free fall
     2015-September-15  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

SOLVING a Rubik’s cube can be difficult at the best of times.

But for one skydiver managed to complete the puzzle in just 60 seconds while free falling from a plane.

Footage has emerged of skydiver Chris Walker leaping out the side of a plane with a Rubik’s cube.

As he launches himself out of the aircraft, he begins to twist the cube as he plummets to earth.

He then continues to match up the colored coded squares, while facing upward with his legs raised.

Eventually he completes the puzzle and holds his achievement up to the camera before straightening out his body.

Walker then pulls on his parachute, which opens and he safely continues his journey back to firm ground.

Since the stunt, the skydiver has uploaded the clip on to YouTube with the footage having more than 50,000 views.

He captioned the video: “What’s the most extreme situation to solve a Rubix cube?

“OK maybe if it’s attached to an explosive or you’re on fire ... but this is definitely top 5.”
