CHINA will raise the retail ceiling price of gasoline by 90 yuan (US$14.13) per ton and diesel by 90 yuan per ton from today, the country’s economic planning agency said yesterday, to track small gains in global benchmark prices that occurred in August.
This is the first hike since May.
The National Development and Reform Commission, which can adjust the price ceilings on a bi-weekly basis, posted the statement on its website.(SD-Agencies)
