    A visually impaired man tries to walk around a car parked on the blind road in Fuzhou, capital of Fujian Province, yesterday, one day ahead of the International White Cane Safety Day. According to data released by the WHO in 2014, 285 million people around the world suffer impairment of visual function. Tens of millions of them are in China, among whom 5 million are blind, the biggest number in the world. (Related story on P8)Xinhua
