President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan arrive at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, Vietnam, on Thursday, kicking off a two-day state visit to the neighboring country. Xi was given a red-carpet welcome and a rare 21-gun salute upon arrival before the two leaders headed for talks behind closed doors.
