The Fast and the Furious 10:30 p.m. on HBO

    Dominic Toretto runs the LA road circuit. By day, he’s making super cars, equipping them with computer-controlled fuel injections. By night, he’s racing his own mean machine to the tune of US$10,000 for everyone he beats — and everyone he races, he beats. Brian is next in the starting line-up — only he’s an undercover cop investigating a series of major hijackings and Dominic’s his next suspect.     “Getting On” is set in the Billy Barnes Extended Care Unit of the down-and-out Mount Palms Memorial Hospital in Long Beach, California. The show follows the lives of the staff involved in the ward’s daily operation.
