    Gas prices cut

CHINA has lowered the retail ceiling price of gasoline by 85 yuan (US$13.33) per ton and diesel by 80 yuan per ton from yesterday to track small loss in the global oil prices. This is the 11th cut this year.

    Natural gas price cut

THE government cut the country’s non-residential natural gas prices by 0.7 yuan per cubic meter, in a bid to battle a supply glut in the market, the State planner said Tuesday.

The National Development and Reform Commission said the decision will be effective from Nov. 20. The country will also further liberalize prices in the natural gas market, it added.
