Vitas
Russian singer and songwriter Vitas will give a show at the Shenzhen Poly Theater. Vitas’ music is often difficult to categorize, incorporating elements of techno, dance, classical, jazz and folk music.

Honeyfest
You can expect a few of China’s hottest indie bands, renowned rappers and a live electronic stage. Headlining the main stage is AV Okubo from Wuhan, along with Mr. Graceless and emcee Nasty Ray, both from Beijing, supported by great Shenzhen bands.

Sea World Light Festival
Artistic light installations will be lit up Saturday at Sea World Plaza to welcome Christmas and the New Year. The Third Sea World International Light Festival will be divided into two areas, with the outdoor area exhibiting works by domestic artists and the indoor area works by foreign artists. The outdoor installations are free to view while the indoor exhibition costs 50 yuan per person.
The international artists are James Turrell, Tracey Emin, Guido van der Werve, Keith Sonnier and Robert Irwin.

Chen Danqing’s paintings
Twenty pastel and oil paintings created by Chinese-American artist Chen Danqing are on display. Chen is also a writer.

Taiwanese food carnival
Traditional Taiwanese street foods are being sold by 50 vendors at the Taiwanese food carnival. You can catch a free shuttle bus from the Metro station.

Shin Matsunaga
More than 200 poster designs and 51 paintings by Japanese graphic designer Shin Matsunaga are on exhibition. The posters are a review of the achievements of the 75-year-old master designer.

PJ Bruyniks
Dutch artist PJ Bruyniks is exhibiting his four large sculpture installations created during the past three months at Da Wang Culture Highland. His installations incorporate bamboo, ceramics, paper, silk and wood.

Lu Siqing
Chinese violinist Lu Siqing will collaborate with the Shenzhen Grand Theater Philharmonic Orchestra to present “The Butterfly Lovers’ Violin Concerto.”
