Chen Danqing’s paintings
Twenty pastel and oil paintings created by Chinese-American artist Chen Danqing are on display. Chen is also a writer and art critic. He was born in Shanghai in 1953 and graduated from the China Central Academy of Fine Arts. He moved to the United States in the 1980s.

Andy Warhol’s works
Works by American artist Andy Warhol, a leading figure in the visual art movement known as pop art, will be shown at The MixC starting Friday.

Hours: 10 a.m.-10 p.m. (except Thursdays), 10 a.m.-6 p.m. (Thursdays); No entry one hour before closing time.

Sea World Light Festival
Artistic light installations will be lit up Saturday around Minghua ship at Sea World Plaza. The Third Sea World International Light Festival will be divided into two areas, with the outdoor area exhibiting works by domestic artists and the indoor area works by foreign artists. The international artists are James Turrell, Tracey Emin, Guido van der Werve, Keith Sonnier and Robert Irwin.
