Refugees arriving at the island of Lesbos, Greece, fall out of a boat as it capsizes, landing in rough seas in this Oct. 31, 2015 photo released yesterday. Dozens of rafts and boats are still making the journey daily via the Aegean Sea, and over 590,000 people have crossed into Europe. Nearly all of those are from the war zones in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan.
