Rock N Soul

    Rock N Soul will present SKA, indie, postrock, mathrock, rockabilly, funk rock and punk Friday at Xiangmihu Parking lot. This time we will be rocking around a beachfront bonfire, with tons of places to explore. The show will open up with Jas Josland, feature Shenzhen upstart Static Nomads as the second act, followed by local favorite Colin Phils, all leading up to our special guests from Hong Kong, Dr. Eggs band!

    Book Exchange

    Book Exchange is organized by American Glen Cornell for local book-lovers to share books. Cornell said they currently have over 500 English books and 100 Chinese books within the exchange program. Attendees are invited to donate and borrow books.

    Sea World Light Festival

    Artistic light installations are lighting up around Minghua ship. The Third Sea World International Light Festival is divided into two areas, with the outdoor area exhibiting works by domestic artists and the indoor area works by foreign artists. The international artists are James Turrell, Tracey Emin, Guido van der Werve, Keith Sonnier and Robert Irwin.

    Andy Warhol’s works

    Works by American artist Andy Warhol, a leading figure in the visual art movement known as pop art, are on display.
