AFRICAN pygmy goat Hobo loves going for walkies, sitting on his owner’s lap on the sofa and playing with his canine friends.
When he was discovered wandering the streets as a stray last August, animal-mad Tracy Flowers couldn’t resist giving him a home.
The doting owner even applied for a special government permit to be able to walk the 19-kg goat in public. And she said he definitely turns heads in her local park.
Mom-of-two Flowers, 41, said, “Hobo is the most random little goat I have ever come across.
“He is a quirky little boy, I genuinely think he has no idea he is a goat and thinks he is a dog.
“I have two other goats but they are nothing like Hobo — they act like actual goats but he is happiest when he is with the dogs.”
In August last year Hobo was taken to Hillcrest Animal Hospital in Chorley after he was found seriously underweight, matted and with snapped horns in Charnock Richard, Lancashire, Britain.
The hospital posted an appeal on their Facebook page to find his owners but to no avail and after Flowers spotted the post she decided to adopt him.
