Three French-language films will be shown free of admission in OCT-LOFT. The films will have Chinese and French subtitles.
‘The Passion of Augustine’
Mother Augustine, a Roman Catholic nun, teaches music in a convent school in rural Quebec in the 1960s. She is fighting to preserve her school against the backdrop of the social changes wrought by Vatican II and Quebec’s Quiet Revolution.

‘All Cats Are Grey’
Dorothy is a 15-year-old girl who was raised in a well-off residential neighborhood of Brussels. By chance, she meets Paul, a 43-year-old man who works as a detective. Dorothy asks him for help in the search for her biological father.

‘Tapis Rouge’
In the suburbs of Lausanne, a group of kids decide to make a film with the help of a social worker. They write a screenplay and then head all the way to the Cannes Film Festival in search of a producer.
