‘Finding Mr. Right 2’
CHINESE romantic comedy “Finding Mr. Right 2” has been tapped to open this year’s Beijing International Film Festival on April 16.
It is said to be a brand-new story, rather than a follow-up to the original film released in 2013. Tang Wei stars as a public relations staffer at a casino in Macao. Wu Xiubo plays a realtor based in Los Angeles. Paul Chun, Kara Hui and Wang Zhiwen also star in the film.
Accident
ADELE has apologized after a fan was injured at one of her concerts in Scotland.
The incident happened Friday night at the SSE Hydro venue in Glasgow when a chain fell from production rigging and hit a woman in the audience. The fan was treated at the scene and hospitalized as a precaution. Adele tweeted, “I’m so sorry to hear that someone got hurt at my show tonight. It’s being investigated to ensure it won’t happen again.”
Last-minute casting
PAUL MCCARTNEY will be joining Johnny Depp in Disney’s latest “Pirates of the Caribbean” film “Dead Men Tell No Tales.”
Although the movie has already been produced, the former Beatles member is set to appear in an extra scene that’s been added by the movie’s directors. McCartney’s role remains unclear, but it’s being said that the musician is the key component of the scene. (SD-Agencies)
