    Cannes lineup

THE 2016 Cannes Film Festival lineup was unveiled Thursday, featuring a slew of projects from Hollywood A-listers like George Clooney, (from R) Charlize Theron, Kristen Stewart, Adam Driver, Michael Shannon, Keanu Reeves, Juliette Binoche, Marion Cotillard and more. The fest will open with Woody Allen’s Jesse Eisenberg-starrer “Cafe Society” and, for the first time, close with the winner of the Palme d’Or which currently has no clear frontrunner.

    Mom 2nd time

KELLY CLARKSON announced the birth of her son Remington Alexander Blackstock on Thursday morning. Her second child with husband Brandon Blackstock was born Tuesday, and Clarkson is over the moon. “He is healthy & we couldn’t be happier or more in love!” she wrote.

Clarkson kept busy during her second pregnancy, touring the nation and bringing the “American Idol” audience to tears just two weeks ago when she sang an emotional, moving version of “Piece by Piece,” a song she wrote while pregnant with her first child about her absent father.

    Show canceled

FORMER Kiss lead guitarist Ace Frehley has been hospitalized for exhaustion and forced to cancel a show in New York. A post on his website and Facebook page says he was admitted to a hospital after Friday’s show at the F.M. Kirby Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The post says his symptoms are due to “exhaustion and dehydration.”

Frehley’s website says he “reluctantly” agreed to cancel Saturday night’s sold-out show at The Chance in Poughkeepsie. (SD-Agencies)
