Exempt from
     2016-May-19  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

A total of 840 vehicles, most of which were registered in Dongguan, were caught driving on restricted roads in Shenzhen during morning rush hour Monday, the first day that police imposed fines on nonlocal vehicles since an expanded regulation took effect April 15.

The drivers will be exempt from punishment for the first two violations if they drive their vehicles during rush hours from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekdays on restricted roads in the city.

They will be fined 300 yuan (US$46) and have three penalty points added to their licenses after the third violation.

Church land is usually exempt from real estate tax.
